Karen Kleker, M.A., CCC-SLP graduated from California State University of Long Beach with a Masters Degree in Communicative Disorders in 2007. She is currently licensed in the state of California through the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board. She is a member of the American Speech/Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) and has achieved her certificate of clinical competence (CCC) through ASHA. She evaluates and conducts speech and language therapy with children who have Down's syndrome, cleft palate, Autism, childhood apraxia, specific language disorders, tongue thrust, vocal nodules, articulation disorders, and language disorders without a known cause. Her goal is to equip parents with activities they can perform at home that enhance their child’s language and speech skills.
